• Pickup & Delivery Services
Service availability may vary by location.
3. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
• Provide accurate contact information.
• Check garment pockets before handing over items.
• Inform Bumble Wash of any delicate fabrics, existing stains, damages, or special care requirements.
• Verify the order receipt upon collection and delivery.
Bumble Wash shall not be liable for valuables left in garments.
4. Garment Inspection
All garments are subject to inspection upon receipt.
Bumble Wash reserves the right to refuse service for items that:
• Are excessively damaged
• Contain hazardous materials
• Present health or safety risks
• Cannot be cleaned safely
5. Pickup & Delivery
• Pickup and delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, operational issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Customers must ensure someone is available to hand over or receive garments.
• Additional delivery charges may apply for locations outside designated service areas.
6. Payment Terms
• Payment must be made through approved payment methods.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Promotional offers may be withdrawn at any time.
• Any applicable taxes shall be charged as per government regulations.
7. Stain Removal Policy
While Bumble Wash uses professional cleaning techniques, stain removal cannot be guaranteed.
Certain stains may become permanent due to:
• Age of stain
• Fabric type
• Previous treatment attempts
• Chemical reactions
Customers acknowledge that some stains may not be completely removable.
8. Damage Liability
Bumble Wash exercises reasonable care in handling garments.
However, we shall not be liable for:
• Normal wear and tear
• Colour fading due to fabric condition
• Shrinkage resulting from manufacturer's defects
• Weak or worn fabrics
• Missing buttons, embellishments, or accessories due to pre-existing damage
• Items with inaccurate care labels
Liability, where applicable, shall not exceed ten (3) times the cleaning charge for the affected garment.
9. Unclaimed Garments Garments not collected within 90 days from completion of service may be donated, disposed of, or otherwise handled at Bumble Wash's discretion without further liability.
10. Cancellations and Refunds
Orders may be cancelled before processing begins.
Refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may be granted where service deficiencies are verified.
No refunds shall be issued for:
• Customer dissatisfaction based on unrealistic expectations
• Non-removable stains
• Manufacturer defects
• Fabric deterioration
11. Promotions and Discounts
• Promotional offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
• Bumble Wash reserves the right to modify or discontinue promotions without prior notice.
• Discounts have no cash value
